For more than seven years, I trained in traditional hand bookbinding in Rotterdam under a master bookbinder. A collaborative project with local artists, where we created and exhibited hand-bound books showed me the joy of making and learning together.

These experiences led me to open NO18 bookmaking & papers, a studio where people can discover the beauty of handmade books, explore materials, and enjoy the quiet pleasure of creating with their hands.
